Q. Where is the preschool located?

Young Hearts is located on our new Roosevelt campus in Buckeye, AZ. The address is 555 South Jackrabbit Trail, Buckeye, AZ 85236

Q. What are the hours of operation?

A.

Young Hearts will be open Monday-Friday from 7:00am-5:30pm. We will be closed on New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Eve.

Q. What ages can enroll in the preschool?

If your child is 3 years old by September 1st and their first day of attendance, they may be enrolled in our Preschool Class. If your child is 4 years old by September 1st and their first day of attendance, they may be enrolled in our Pre-Kindergarten Class.

Q. Does my child need to be potty trained?

A.

Yes.

Q. Will I need to provide food and drink for my child?

A.

Yes, you will need to provide meals, snacks, and drinks for your child.

Q. What happens if my child has to go on a waitlist because their age group is full?

A.

Our school capacity will be 80 students. We will work through our waitlist based on the order in which the child was put on the waitlist. If we have an opening, our School Director will contact you to enroll your child.

Q. Will my child automatically get into Great Hearts Kindergarten if they attend Young Hearts?

A.

No, admission to Great Hearts is by a lottery system. Due to AZ statutes, we are unable to provide a priority status to our Young Hearts Students to enter Great Hearts kindergarten.

Q. What is the weekly tuition for preschool?

A.

There are multiple packages to choose from. You can view the tuition options on our Cost and Benefits page.

Q. Is there a registration fee?

A.

Yes, there is an annual registration fee of $150 for your first child and $100 for any additional children.

Q. How do I pay my child’s tuition?

A.

Your child’s tuition will automatically be charged through the credit card that you have chosen to use. As a parent, you will have full access to your payment account which can produce receipts and statements for your record.
